Project Agreement

Version 2026-11. These terms apply when you book a project on bullyproductions.com. Checking the box at checkout means you agree to them.

1. Deposit and payment

Work starts once a 50% deposit is paid. The balance is due on delivery, before final files are released. Monthly packages are billed at the start of each month.

2. Timeline

First drafts usually land within 24 hours of the deposit and the brief. Bigger builds (3D, websites, apps) get a schedule in writing before work starts. Delays waiting on your files or feedback move the timeline by the same amount.

3. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. A revision is a change to the approved direction. A new direction or added scope is quoted separately before any work on it.

4. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use anything you send (logos, photos, music, product names). You're responsible for compliance and regulatory text on packaging, such as state cannabis warnings, THC content and license numbers. I place what you provide.

5. Ownership and portfolio

When the balance is paid, you own the final delivered files for your brand. Bully Productions keeps ownership of working files, unused concepts and tools, and may show the finished work in its portfolio and social media unless you ask in writing before the project starts.

6. Refunds and cancellations

If you cancel before a first draft is delivered, the deposit is refunded minus PayPal fees. Once a first draft is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable because the work has been done. Either side can end a monthly package with notice before the next billing date.

7. Printing and production

Approve proofs carefully. I'm not responsible for print or manufacturing errors after you approve final files, or for differences between screen and printed color.
